Head out into the library and choose the books which will fill your display. Use what you have learned to select a wide range.  It’s an opportunity to bring books from different parts of the library together and reach patrons or students who would never venture near those sections.

Once you have the books in your display, check the adjacencies for contrast. Does each individual title jump out sharply from its neighbor?  Move them around a little and test the best effect. 

Be ready with some extra titles to top up your display once the books start to be taken from it.
